Terms of use

Amimon · updated 22 September 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and the person who runs Amimon. Signing in means you accept them. If you do not, do not sign in — and if you have already, you can delete the account at any time (section 7).

Amimon is made and operated by an individual developer, not a company. There is one contact address and it is read by a person: admin@amimon.online.

1 · Who may play

Amimon has chat between players, so it is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13, do not create an account. If you are a parent and find that your child has one, write to the address above and we will delete it.

You need an internet connection to play. Your progress lives on the server rather than on your device, which is why it survives a lost phone — and why the game stops and waits when the connection does.

Where Amimon is available

Amimon is not published in Vietnam. Requests from Vietnamese IP addresses are refused, and the Android and iOS apps are not listed in the Vietnamese stores.

Do not work around that block. Using a VPN, a proxy, or any other means to reach Amimon from a country where it is not published is a breach of these terms. If you do it anyway, you do it on your own initiative and at your own risk. We make no claim that playing is lawful where you are, we take no responsibility for what follows, and the account may be closed without warning and without refund.

2 · Your account

3 · How to behave, and what happens if you do not

Zero tolerance. There is no acceptable amount of harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, threats, or content that is illegal where you or the other player lives. An account that posts it can be silenced or closed without warning and without refund.

What is not allowed in chat, names, or anywhere else players can see:

What you can do about it, right now, inside the game. Every message passes a word filter before it is delivered. You can block a player — their messages stop reaching you — and report one from their profile. Reports go into a queue a person reads, and we act within 24 hours.

What we can do. Delete messages, mute an account so it cannot post, and ban an account so it cannot sign in. We do that when a report is justified or when we see it ourselves. A banned account keeps nothing: no refund of Ami Coin, no transfer of Ami to another account.

4 · Ami Coin, and anything else you pay for

Ami Coin (AC) is bought through the Google Play store or the App Store. We never see your card, and the purchase is between you and them.

Everything AC buys — evolution stones, forge stones, in-game money — also drops from ordinary play. Paying is a shortcut, not a gate.

5 · The game itself

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to play Amimon. The game, its artwork, its music and its code stay ours. You may record and stream your play freely, including with advertising on your channel.

Ami, items, gems, badges and levels are part of the game, not things you own. Trading them is a feature of the game, and only inside the game.

6 · What we promise, and what we do not

Amimon is provided as it is. We run one server, we back the database up every night, and we keep the game running as long as it makes sense to. We do not promise it will never lose data, never go down, or run forever.

If we ever close the game for good, we will say so on amimon.online and inside the game at least 30 days beforehand. Ami Coin already spent is not refunded; buying will stop as soon as the notice goes up.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses. Nothing here takes away a right your local consumer law gives you.

7 · Ending it

You can delete your account, and everything attached to it, from inside the app: Settings, Account, Delete account. You confirm once more, and then it is gone from the server there and then — no waiting, and no way back.

We can close an account that breaks section 3. If you think that was wrong, write to the address above and a person will look at it.

8 · Changes

These terms change when the game does. The date under the title is the last change. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it; if you do not, delete the account.

9 · Which law applies

The laws of Vietnam apply, and the courts of Vietnam have jurisdiction — except where the law of the country you live in gives you a right to your own courts, which it often does for consumers.

10 · Privacy

What we store, what for, and how to get rid of it is a separate page: privacy policy. It is part of this agreement.
