Amimon is an online game. Playing requires signing in, and progress is kept on the server rather than only on your device. This page sets out what is stored, what it is for, and how you get it back or delete it.

| Account identity — the user id the server issues, the display name you choose, and your email address if you sign in with Google | So we recognise you next time. Signing in with Apple does not send an email address — we deliberately do not ask for it. |
| Device id — a string derived from the device identifier | The one-device-at-a-time rule. Not used for anything else, and never for advertising. |
| Game progress — your team, items, in-game money, the Ami dex, gems, position on the map, arena rating, badges | It is your game. |
| Chat messages — the server channel and the area channel | To deliver them to other players. Moderators can read and delete them in order to deal with content that breaks the rules. |
| Activity with other players — trade offers, friends, arena matches, leaderboards | Your name and rating are visible to other players on the leaderboards and when the two of you are near each other on the map. |
| Web login code, if you create one | To sign in to that account in a browser. You can delete it at any time. |
| Ami Coin purchases, if you buy any — the transaction id and product id issued by Apple or Google | To credit the right amount of AC, and to credit it exactly ONCE. No payment details are included. |
| IP address, only as a temporary counter | To stop login codes being guessed. The counter expires after 10 minutes and is not tied to any account. |
Your session ticket, chosen language, sound settings, which sign-in method you last used, and a copy of your progress. Deleting the app or clearing browser data removes these; the real progress stays on the server.
We do not sell, rent or trade data with third parties for advertising. Data passes only through:
Account data is kept for as long as the account exists.
Amimon has player-to-player chat, so it is not intended for young children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has created an account, write to us and we will delete it.
In-game messages are written by players. Moderators can delete messages, mute a player, and ban accounts that break the rules. If you meet harassing or abusive content, write to the address below with the player's name and the time — we act within 24 hours.
